Cheap Beers – A Look Under the Table.
most people (over the age of 21 of course) drink alcohol on a regular basis. Alcohol consumption is a billion dollar industry, and the trick is making your individual contribution to this industry smaller while not lowering the volume of beverages you are purchasing. There are a lot of companies that give you a break here by manufacturing “cheap beer”.
These lower cost products usually come with an added “price” and you pay this price when they reduce the quality of your drink to save those extra dollars in your bank. Now this is not to say that all inexpensive beer has a disgusting taste and in my personal experience I have been able to find quite a few that I enjoy drinking, they may not be quite as delicious as some of the more expensive beers, but in the end you get what you pay for.
Its easy to just stick with a major brand when drinking cheap beer. Most of us simply drink what we have heard of most often or what we drank in college. I want to tell you that experiementing with new beers often leads to pleasant results. There is a place near where I live that has over 250 beers on draft, on tuesdays that have $2.50 pints for over 150 of them and I love going there and trying something I have never even heard of before. It doesnt always lead to a great beer or a new favorite but hey you never know till you try.
I truly think that you will be plesantly suprised if you take a chance and grab a new beer. Drinking beer is almost a must socially, and the problem lies in the fact that drinking beer costs money. There is no way around this so if your like me and can’t afford to spend a fortune on beer all the time, find yourself an excellent cheap beer. You will often be suprised and it can save you a ton.
No matter which Beer is your current favorite, or even how many differnt beers you had to go through before you found it. I can guarantee that if you try a few new ones, one of the cheaper beers, can never hurt. You will usually find at the least a great inexpensive substitute, and if your really lucky you might stumble upon a new favorite. But you will never know unless you try.
