Cinderella at Pennsylvania
The Cinderella show at Center Valley is a twelve day musical theatre period showing the fairytale many people both young and old loved. Young ones will surely enjoy seeing their favorite characters come to life in this one of a kind musical that will bring nostalgia to the audience and spectators. It is a theatre musical for the kids and kids at heart.
Who would not forget the story about the poor but kind hearted Cinderella? To be able to get even and because of the obvious affection that his father shows to Cinderella over the stepsisters, hatred developed between the two parties that resulted in her being forced into slavery. She is an orphan who was forced into house slavery by her stepmother and stepsisters when her father suddenly died, leaving them all with a huge debt.
All is about to end when Cinderella accidentally met Prince Charming, the sole heir to the kingdom’s throne. Prince had developed a love at first sight over Cinderella and her beautiful face and kind heart. She was invited to the ball where the Prince will choose her partner for life. Having nothing to wear, Cinderella’s fairy godmother appeared and gave her a lavish ride and fabulous gown all in a condition that she must return by 12 midnight or else everything will be gone and reverted in its original state.
Cinderella and Prince danced the night away but as soon as the clock stroke 12, she ran away leaving off her glass slippers. Prince got hold of the glass slippers and searched the whole kingdom to find the owner who is his true love. After days of searching, the glass slippers found its owner through Cinderella and they lived happily ever after.
