How To Create A Svelte Figure In 7 Easy Tips

Skinny people intrigue everyone. What has it taken them to get that figure, or is it simply the result of lucky jeans? Er, I mean genes People wonder if the skinny just got lucky or if they have to work really hard to stay thin.

It might be, then again, it might not

We suspect that the skinny, skinny people must really work hard to stay skinny. We accuse them of eating rabbit food when we see them eating nothing but lettuce with no dressing and watch every tiny morsel that crosses their hips

There is a whole other group of thin people that make being thin look easy.

Those that are naturally thin have many character traits in common to maintain their svelte figures. Here are seven secrets that I found after interviewing hundreds of naturally thin people over the course of 14 years. See if you can identify with any of them. See where you could make some natural shifts easily so that you can be a naturally thin person too.

1. These people have thin thinking. They know they can stay thin forever and make comments like I’m little, or I’m not going to be able to eat all of that. Their self talk is different than others. Their actions to circumstances and events are different. Food is not their placebo when a pet dies or they have to do something unpleasant. To them food is just food. It may taste good, they enjoy eating it, but it isn’t there for anything but to be used as fuel for their bodies.

2. The naturally thin don’t diet. Its true. These naturally thin men and women would never think of dieting. Why, because they’ve never had to and never thought of themselves any other way, but skinny. When asking thin people if they worry about gaining weight, they most always say something to the voice of, no and when I ask why not? they say because I never have been overweight.

3. The naturally thin don’t mix emotions and food. If the thin are sad, they cry or call a friend. If they are angry, they go work out or punch their pillows. There is little to no crossover between emotions and eating. It simply doesn’t make sense to them. The only reason food is ever thought of is because they get hungry – that’s it. If they are not hungry, but sad – they will deal with their sadness. Dealing with emotions in an emotional way is commonplace for this thin group.

4. Socializing does not require the thin to eat. If they go to a picnic or other social event where food is served, and they aren’t hungry, they don’t mind standing around and talking without eating. If they ever get hungry, they will get a hot dog or a burger or something else to eat, but not until they are hungry. They go to enjoy visiting with family and friends, not merely to eat. Grazing isn’t something they do.

5. Being naturally thin means eating what a person loves. It doesn’t mean eating celery sticks if they aren’t craving celery sticks. Eating foods they crave takes place when they are hungry. They would never think of not eating something or saying no, that isn’t good for me unless of course there is some allergy or sensitivity to the food. Thin people know they can eat whatever they want should they be hungry.

6. The naturally thin don’t numb out or mindlessly eat. They stay conscious of what they’re eating and the effects it’s having on their body. They would almost never find themselves with their hand at the bottom of a bucket of popcorn at a movie, wondering who ate it all. These naturally thin men and women know how hungry or full they are before, while, or after they eat a meal. Naturally thin people are ignorant about food. They don’t know anything about diets, and the process of counting calories baffles them.

7. Naturally thin people almost never overeat. There is nothing worse to this group of thin individuals, than overeating. They hate how it sinks their energy level and forces their bellies to protrude. Yuck! This extreme discomfort keeps them from overeating and reinforces this negative feeling. The average naturally thin person only overeats two percent of the time.

Can you tell the difference in their mindset and actions?

Now you know that thin has nothing to do with luck, or genetics, the quality or type of food. Thin people don’t gain weight because of how they eat, their connection with their body, when they eat and the freedom to choose any type of food.

So, now that you know all this, if you are considering losing weight, there is no time like the present and dieting isn’t necessary as the naturally thin don’t.
